Former Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and Director of the National Security Agency brings three decades of cyber and intelligence experience to the firm.

Washington, D.C. – September 10, 2026 – WestExec Advisors today announced that General Timothy D. Haugh, USAF (Ret.) has joined as a Principal. Haugh most recently served as Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and Director of the National Security Agency, Chief, Central Security Service.

Haugh served more than three decades in the U.S. Air Force, finishing his career as the fourth Commander of U.S. Cyber Command and the 19th Director of the National Security Agency. He previously served as Deputy Commander of U.S. Cyber Command; Commander of Sixteenth Air Force, Air Forces Cyber, and Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber; Commander of the Cyber National Mission Force; Director of Intelligence at U.S. Cyber Command; and Deputy Commander of Joint Task Force Ares. His experience covers offensive and defensive cyber operations, intelligence, information warfare, and partnership with industry and allied governments.
